If you have made the trek to Chicago a day early, we would love for you to join us for cocktails from 8:30pm to 10:30pm at Maggiano’s Little Italy Banquet Hall – next door to the main restaurant. A great opportunity to mix and mingle with family and friends before the next day’s festivities!

Our wedding will begin at 3:00pm on Friday, November 3rd at Assumption Catholic Church.

Attire

We recommend long or short cocktail dresses and suits for the entire day.

Transportation

Shuttles will be provided from the recommended hotels to the church at 2:15pm, and back to the hotels after the ceremony. Palmer House guests will be picked up at the Wabash entrance.

Everyone is welcome to use the shuttles, even if you’re staying elsewhere. If you drive, parking for weddings is free in the Martparc at Orleans and Hubbard. Your ticket can be validated for two hours free parking.

In Between Time

There may be some time in between the ceremony and the reception. We would recommend either relaxing back at your hotel room or posting up at a bar in the area. Please refer to the Chicago Guide for some bar recommendations.

Our reception will be at the University Club of Chicago with a cocktail hour beginning at 6:00pm, to be followed with dinner, drinks, dancing, and an after party.

There will be a 5:45pm shuttle from the Residence Inn to the University Club.
